We will gladly accept exchanges for unused candles in original packaging, and original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Please email info@districtpropercandles.com or fill out the contact form on our website to initiate the return process.

If your candle is damaged in transit or defective, we will gladly replace the item within 15 days of the delivery date. Please email info@districtpropercandles or fill out the form on the contact page to initiate the return process.
